How can I buy tickets?
You are most welcome to get your tickets on the brand-new “Zuni ticketing platform” or art-mate. For details, please refer to the ticket purchase instructions.
What do I need to purchase E-tickets?
You will need a computer, a smartphone, or a mobile device with internet access, and an email account to receive the e-tickets.
How can I pay?
Zuni ticketing platform users can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards;
art-mate users can pay by PayMe, PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard credit cards.
Are there handling fees?
“Zuni ticketing platform” and art-mate would not charge handling fees; however, if you choose to pay by credit card on art-mate, credit card companies might charge extra handling fees.
Where to input discount codes?
Please refer to step 6 in the ticket purchase instructions.
I’m not sure if I have purchased tickets successfully. How can I check?
Please check your email. If you have successfully purchased tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from the ticketing platform.

When is the latest time that I can purchase tickets online? Are door tickets available on the day of the performance?
For online ticketing, ticket purchase ends as the show ends - that means, you can buy the tickets online even at the very last minute.
You may also purchase door tickets at front of house thirty minutes before the performance begins. Only payment by octopus or faster payment system (FPS) is accepted.
I don’t have a computer & smartphone/ I can’t pay online, what can I do?

How do I collect the tickets? Do I need to print out the e-tickets?
Just bring the e-tickets with you to the performance venue - redemption or printed copies are not necessary.
For “Zuni ticketing platform” users, the e-tickets will be sent to your email immediately after successful ticket purchase. You can also log into your account on “Zuni ticketing platform” and download the e-tickets in “My Tickets”.
For art-mate users, you will receive the e-tickets through email three days before the performance.
How to enter the theatre with e-tickets?
Before entering the theatre, please get your e-tickets ready and adjust the screen to the brightest so that the ushers can scan the QR code on the ticket smoothly.
For audiences holding concession tickets, please show your documentations such as student card, membership card, etc.
Can I send the e-tickets to my friends?
Sure! Please send the e-tickets (including the QR code image) to your friend.
Every QR code can only admit one audience - please make sure every person holds a different QR code for admission.
I have already received the e-tickets, but now I can’t find the email. What should I do?
Please search for an email that contains the keywords “Zuni” or the performance title. You’re strongly advised to star the email or to keep a screenshot of the e-tickets so that you can retrieve the e-tickets more conveniently.
Zuni ticketing platform users can also log into your account and download the e-tickets in “My Tickets”.
If you still cannot retrieve the email, please don’t hesitate to contact us 48 hours before the performance begins by dropping an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp (852) 6023 8688. You may also find us for assistance at the front of house thirty minutes before the performance begins.
Exchange Tickets/ Refund
I just found out I’ve bought the wrong tickets. Can I change them or cancel the booking?
Tickets sold are non-refundable.
To change the performance session, $15 handling fees per ticket will be charged. Please send the ticket exchange request to email@example.com at least 48 hours before the performance begins with the information below:
(1) order number;
(2) name of the contact person;
(3) contact number; and,
(4) the performance session you would like to attend.
We will contact you as soon as possible.

If I do not wish to receive promotions from Zuni, what should I do?
